Your Rights as a Data Subject
- You have the right to information according to Art. 15 GDPR about whether we process personal data concerning you.
- You have the right according to Art. 16 GDPR to immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning you.
- If one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies, you have the right to have personal data concerning you deleted immediately.
- If the requirements of Art. 18 GDPR are met, you have the right to restrict the processing of personal data concerning you.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
You have the right according to Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe the processing of personal data concerning you violates the GDPR.
Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR at any time. The lawfulness of the processing based on the consent remains unaffected until the withdrawal. You can declare your withdrawal to us using the contact details provided above.
Obligation to Provide Data and Consequences of Non-Provision
The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor necessary for concluding a contract, and is generally voluntary. However, the provision of certain personal data is necessary for you to use our Minecraft server. Failure to provide such data may result in partial or complete exclusion from using the Minecraft server.
Collected Data
Server Log Files:
Through your use of our Minecraft server, the following data transmitted by your Minecraft client to our server is processed in so-called server log files:
- IP address
- Date and time as well as your time zone
- Minecraft UUID and username
- Chat messages
This data is technically necessary for the provision of our Minecraft server and its security and stability. We reserve the right to evaluate the server log files if we have indications of unlawful use.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, safeguarding our legitimate interest, which outweighs after balancing interests, in the secure and stable provision of our Minecraft server.
Processing by Third-Party Providers
To provide our services, we use third-party providers on whose systems data processing takes place according to the respective provider's privacy policy. The processed data primarily consists of traffic data (see Server Log Files section). Other types of data are stored on third-party provider systems, but these providers do not have direct access to this data. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, safeguarding our legitimate interest, which outweighs after balancing interests, in ensuring functional, stable and secure provision of the Minecraft server.
For this purpose, we use services from the following providers:
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91719 Gunzenhausen (Data Processing Agreement)
Note on Consent to Data Processing
With the consent to data processing that you have given us at the start of using the server, you agree to this privacy policy and declare that you have reached the age of 16 (or the age limit applicable in your country according to Art. 8 GDPR) or that consent from the holder of parental responsibility is present.
